The US President: A Delusional Fool Who Believes He Can Conjure Vaccines at Will

And raising his right hand the way a true would-be sorcerer would, the Moron in Chief exclaimed: “Hey, hydroxychloroquine, I hereby order you to become a vaccine against Covid-19!!”, and shazam! Hydroxychloroquine… well… did NOT become a vaccine against Covid-19, how could it? That drug was designed to combat malaria, a disease caused by Plasmodium Malariae, which is NOT a virus, but a parasite transmitted to people via mosquito bites.
Covid-19, on the other hand, is a virus transmitted between humans through direct contact or through close exposure to an infected person’s breathing or sneeze and cough drops. Would you say it takes a genius to understand the difference between the one and the other? Would you say that only geniuses could realize it is imperative to have extensive scientific tests before claiming before the entire world that hydroxychloroquine can be effective in curing the Covid-19 pandemic? I certainly do not think so.
In the absence of any proven scientific tests showing hydroxychloroquine as the solution for Covid-19, what can make the Moron in Chief believe such drug can all of a sudden become a cure against the ongoing pandemic? No doubt only a delusional, delirious, narcissistic mind such as his could ever conceive of promoting such possibility right out of the blue.
Albert Einstein was certainly right when he asserted that “the difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits”.
Could it ever have occurred to you that a guy with a mind as plagued with a high level of asinine insanity as that of Donald Trump could become president of the most powerful and technically most advanced country in the world? On what presumed authority is that consummated conman basing his highly farfetched medical assumptions?
To multiply the absurdity of the matter, the Conman in Chief actually declares himself a total ignorant on the subject, loudly proclaiming “… what do I know? I’m not a doctor,” (see here) Yet, he does not hesitate to state his fantastic claims before the TV cameras for a second time.
Dr. Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has already corrected him, basically contradicting him, a couple of times in public, so that by now Trump does not want Dr. Fauci to take the microphone during the daily Coronavirus briefings, yet he still seems determined to spread his delusions over and over again to the four winds.
Since Trump’s ignorance on the subject is, even by his own account, by now perfectly obvious, the question is why doesn’t he just shut the f… up!?
Frankly, I would not be amazed if one of these days Trump came up with his own brand of concocted potions, advertising them as the magical cure for all possible coronaviruses, through a company modeled after the snake-oil salesmen of the olden days, with Kellyanne Conway, Joseph Goebbel's disciple, as the chief sales officer.
And, you know what? If Trump ever came up with such concoction, millions of deluded Republicans would most surely buy it and a good number among them would actually expect it to work.
Joseph de Maistre was exactly right when he said sometime around 1811 that, “every nation gets the government it deserves”.
…and the beat goes on…
