On December 11 - 12, 2006, all English teachers in the Kangwon EPIK (English Program In Korea) Program attended a demonstration class at a girls' Middle School in the town of Cheolwon. There were some 70 to 80 English teachers there. Some of our Korean co-teachers attended too.

Having us touch base with the rest of our western colleagues seems to be one of the main purposes of these gatherings. Showing us some interesting Korean sites seems to be another important purpose too. Some of these English teachers are rather interesting people.
